I enjoy camping and I even enjoy the modern conveniences you get staying at a nice campground or state park. But every once in a while it is nice to just disconnect and claim your own campsite in the middle of the forest. This isn’t ideal in National Parks but many places will let you camp where you want and all you have to do is take the food you can pack in and be willing to explore your surrounding to find whatever else you need.
